We currently ship within UK only. We are not providing overseas shipping at present.
We aim to ship all the orders within 1-2 working day, however in certain circumstances such as larger item that required special delivery or when we receive high volume or orders, it may take up to 5 working days. Please allow additional days for transit and delivery.
We offer 3-5 working days delivery for £2.99 for order under £29.99 and the delivery address within UK mainland. Orders above £30.00 will be offered free shipping. The charges are automatically calculated by the courier providers and it may be different from the above rate when the deliver address is outside of UK mainland. There may be options for quicker delivery which will be listed in each item and the cost will be calculated at checkout.
We mainly use Evri* 48 hour tracked delivery for all the item, however in certain circumstances, we may use alternative delivery including Royal mail tracked 48 or Yodel. Tracking details will be sent with order processing complete email, if you have not received, please check in your order history or contact us on contact@JBKSmartshop.co.uk
We take extra precautions during packing to avoid damage during transport, however if you received your order damaged, Please contact us on contact@JBKSmartshop.co.uk within 48 hours from the delivery with supporting information such as image of the item.
